But atheism is not a path in itself. It is a principle found in various paths which have little else to do with each other, e.g. Marxism, Epicureanism.

We don't need more sub-forums. We need more members, more topics, and more posts.

Go forth, not any 2 members to the same websites and blogs, go forth and recruit for the good of the Dharma . . .

Master Huiguo told me,
'If you know your own mind (just as it really is), you know the Buddha's mind.
If you know the Buddha's mind, you know the minds of all beings.
Knowing the identity of these three minds is Great Awakening.'

Atheism has no place in the Dhamma discussions, neither old atheism nor new atheism. There are plenty of other places on the internet to discuss the retarded atheism/"I Believe I'm A Special Snowflake" religion.

You always have such a lovely way of phrasing things.

I'll say it again, atheism is not a religion. It's rather silly to suggest that Karl Marx, Omar Khayyam, Epicurus, and HP Lovecraft all belonged to the same "religion."

Philosophical non-theism or a-theism is part of and sometimes the heart of some religions.

The anti-spiritual, purely materialistic kind of atheism is a very different sort.
